⭐️⭐️ I have been an Xfinity customer for approximately 20 years and had Diamond status, so I was extremely disappointed with the way Xfinity handled my situation. Before going to the store, I called Xfinity customer service twice trying to find a more competitive rate. On both calls, I was told that I needed to visit an Xfinity store because the store had different promotions and would be able to help me. Based on that information, I took the time to go to the store expecting that someone would at least try to find an option that would allow me to remain a customer. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was told there was nothing they could do for me and that the promotional pricing was only available to new customers. What disappointed me even more was that, while I was returning all of my equipment and clearly ending a 20-year relationship with Xfinity, the employee never once asked why I was leaving, whether there was anything they could do to help, or whether some type of discount or incentive might convince me to stay. I understand that store employees have to follow company policies, and I don't necessarily blame one individual employee. However, there should be some type of

Don’t go to these scam artists. They’re experts at giving you a low price when you first sign up then a few months later they raise it without letting you know anything they just tell you to “look at the bill” Giancarlos was no help and didn’t want to give me a manager either. I ended up cancelling my membership with these incompetent people and will be finding service else where. They’re good at taking your money but not very good at helping you out especially when you’ve been a loyal customer for years. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute trash.

I have been a customer for over two decades. I have been to this store twice. For this review, I came to return an old modem. I came on a Thursday at 2:56 pm. Juan checked me in when I entered the store. He asked for my phone number for identification purposes, and told me to have a seat and that there were 3 customers ahead of me, and that and someone would help me in 10-15 minutes. At 2:57 pm I received a text message indicating that I had checked in. I sat and the wait began. While I waited, I observed the dynamics around me: the store has 10 stations that look to be set up to help customers, but this day only 3 had agents serving people. The store is large and music was constantly playing. The center console, surrounded by seating, had a TV playing a sports station. I waited a total of 20 minutes and then Brian called me. He took the modem, scanned it, printed or receipt and told me I was all done. That took less than two minutes. Overall, this was a satisfactory experience, but I wish I had waited less for a two minute transaction

I was pleasantly surprised there was no wait I got right in. The person helping me was sweet and had me in and out in no time. It was painless, obviously they have greatly improved from years ago.

They are experts in false and fraudulent promotions. The worst customer service. I am a victim of fraud from this company, especially in Pembroke Pines location by the sales representative named Marlon. He provided me with an offer for a cell phone and that never was granted. I ended up paying the full price for the phone. Every month I have to call to the company to deal with this issue and they didn’t care. This is the worst company for mobile products and service. I do not recommend it!
